Call for Nominations - Scouts NSW Board of Directors

The Scouts Australia NSW Board of Directors invites suitable candidates to apply for two (2) Ex-Officio Director roles and four (4) Non-Executive Director roles.
The Board comprises twelve (12) people of whom six (6) are Ex-Officio Directors and six (6) are Non-Executive Directors. The six positions on the Board of Directors are to be filled at the Scouts NSW AGM on 19 July 2025.
The Ex-Officio Director roles to be filled on 19 July 2025 are:
- Under 30/Young Adult
- Region Commissioner.
Nominations for the Ex-Officio Director positions close at 5pm on Wednesday, 7 May 2025. Nominations received after this time will not be considered.
The Non-Executive Director roles to be filled are:
- Governance/Chair
- Property
- Strategic Stakeholder Communications
- Major Consulting/Organisational Transformation.
Nominations for the Non-Executive Director positions close at 5pm on Friday, 16 May 2025. Nominations received after this time will not be considered.
