Annual General Meeting – 2024
Key Information
The Scouts NSW Annual General Meeting is to be held on Saturday 20 July 2024, commencing at 11am at the Baden-Powell Activity Centre, Pomona St, Pennant Hills.
The following items of business are to be transacted at the 2024 Annual General Meeting:
- Adoption of Minutes of 2023 Annual General Meeting
- Adoption of Minutes of 2023 Special General Meeting
- Receive and consider the 2024 Annual Report
- Consider the 2023-2024 Audited Financial Accounts
- Elect the Ex-Officio Directors:
- Region Chair Nominee
- Young Adult (Under 30) Nominee - Elect the Non-Executive Directors with skills in:
- Governance/Experienced Chair
- Finance and Commerce
- Organisational Transformation.
Registration
Scouts NSW greatly values the physical attendance of our members at the AGM and Branch Councillors are strongly encouraged to join the AGM in person, however there will be a virtual attendance option for those who cannot attend in person.
Details on how to join the AGM online, including voting arrangements, will be provided closer to the meeting.
